Welcome Members! This is your landing page for all 30min. sessions that include gentle warm-ups, a little work and some delicious winding down to balance body, mind and soul. It’s always wise to have all your props around when first trying a session. Always honor you body and practice on any given day. Also listed below are some shorter special classes.
