    Join the revolution of women reclaiming peaceful relationships with their bodies, food and movement. A place where the wounds, challenges and confusion we face in these areas can be held, explored and transformed through compassionate connection and purposeful practices. Attend to be supported in:

  • tending body image issues beyond the basics of rejecting media messages
  • nourishing yourself in alignment with your body’s unique needs while also enjoying food, social outings and honoring your personal value system
  • moving (and resting) your body in ways that feel great and enhance all areas of your life

This FREE, open group gathers the 1st Tuesday of each month at 7:30pm ET/4:30PT.
