Group Coaching Program: March 29-June 28, 2025

Intention:

To set women free from body image, eating & movement challenges that limit their health, happiness & full creative potential.

Objectives: 

  • Transform painful body image to peaceful.
  • Tune into what you really want from life & gain the courage to manifest it & fully receive it.
  • Transform your relationships with food & exercise to support authentic health and self-confidence.
  • Unleash your full potential for vitality, creativity, love & service.
  • Develop a rich understanding & practice of the path of yoga to enhance all aspects of your life.

Components:

  • 2 Live Bliss Mini-Retreats at the Lake House (Green, OH) Sat. 3/29 & 6/28
  • 6 Body Bliss Virtual Group Coaching Sessions

   Monday’s 7-9pm: 4/7, 4/21, 5/5, 5/19, 6/2, 6/16 

  • Life time access to in-depth, interactive eCourse

   8 module course with downloadable PDF practice guides, over 10 hours of    

   video content, journal prompts, education & strategically designed activities

   to transform your relationships with yourself, your body, food & movement.

  • Virtual Support via text

   Group connection, support & resource sharing between sessions.

Enrollment & Investment:

Given the highly personal nature and sacredness of this work it’s vital to ensure this program is in alignment for clients and that the right group comes together. To facilitate that, interested parties receive a complimentary one on one session to further understand the offering and to assess appropriateness. Pricing and payment options are discussed at that time as well with options for sliding scale.
