- Transform your relationships with food & exercise to support authentic health and self-confidence.
- Unleash your full potential for vitality, creativity, love & service.
- Develop a rich understanding & practice of the path of yoga to enhance all aspects of your life.

- 2 Live Bliss Mini-Retreats at the Lake House (Green, OH) Sat. 3/29 & 6/28
- 6 Body Bliss Virtual Group Coaching Sessions
Monday’s 7-9pm: 4/7, 4/21, 5/5, 5/19, 6/2, 6/16

8 module course with downloadable PDF practice guides, over 10 hours of
video content, journal prompts, education & strategically designed activities
